We do not accept any ads from any website, business, or individual which contains any type of obscene images and/or messages, pornography, hate speech, or any other derogatory messages or statements, or detracts from the overall image of AG.
AG is will not be held responsible for the messages contained in ads accepted for display on our website. In that light, the advertiser and the agency, jointly and severally, agree to hold harmless AG, its officers, agents and employees against expenses (including legal fees) and losses resulting from the publication or broadcast of the contents of the advertisement, including without limitation, claims and/or suits for libel, violation of rights of privacy, copyright infringement and/or plagiarism.
