Or more like my husband found my G-Spot! For many years I had heard about the famous erotic spot that, when found, can send a woman spiraling into a total and chaotic orgasmic mess; and I envied the women who boasted about how some guy had hit the “spot” (whether those allegations were true or false is another issue). 

I never knew I had a G-Spot until that fateful night many months ago when my sexual life as I knew it would change forever. What is the G-Spot? The G-Spot is the shortened version the Gräfenberg Spot, which was first discovered by the famous gynecologist Ernst Gräfenberg in 1944.

Does the G-Spot really exist? Obviously! Though the G-Spot is not easy to spot, it can be found inside the vagina about two inches back from the vaginal wall (same side as where the belly button is located). When sexually aroused, you should be able to feel it with your finger. To guide your man in your quest to find the G-Spot, lie on your back and have your man facing you. Then have him insert either his index or long middle finger into your vagina as far as it will go. With his finger still inside you, have him bend it towards himself in a “come here” motion. It should be an area that feels rougher than the rest of the vaginal wall. 

Some helpful tips to the men: Always make sure your fingernails are clipped before you insert your fingers in a woman’s vagina!  And, note that not all women are aroused by stroking the G-Spot, so don’t be disappointed if you go through the trouble and your woman is not responsive.
